Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph711 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph711 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify ph711 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph711 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, ph711 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accessing all platform features. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph711 prohibits deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. In the event of ambiguity between these Terms & Conditions and ph711's Sports Betting House Rules, the Sports Betting House Rules shall prevail for sports betting-related matters.
Live dealer games on ph711 are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as explained by the dealer and displayed on screen. In the event of a dealer error, the round may be replayed or voided at ph711's sole discretion. ph711's decision on any live dealer dispute is final and binding.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph711 without ph711's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ph711's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph711 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph711 platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
ph711's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to ph711 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
ph711 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph711 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
ph711 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph711 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of this Agreement; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) termination is required by a PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to ph711's platform integrity or other players.
Where an account is terminated due to breach of this Agreement or prohibited conduct, ph711 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account, including deposited funds and winnings. Where termination is at ph711's discretion for non-breach reasons, ph711 will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations.
You may request the closure of your ph711 account at any time by contacting ph711 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph711 arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ph711 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through ph711's customer support channels. ph711 will respond to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph711's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority for ph711. PAGCOR's formal complaint process is available through PAGCOR's official channels. ph711 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
You agree that any disputes not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
ph711 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the ph711 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law, PAGCOR directive, or for platform security purposes.
Your continued use of ph711 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using ph711 and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
